Accounts are open to individuals where use of this platform is permitted by local law. You must confirm your eligibility at the point of registration. olabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving an account or processing a withdrawal.

We can update the terms at any time, but we will email the registered address on your account before any material change takes effect. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed against your account's verified identity documents. Once approved, funds are returned to the UPI, Paytm or PhonePe method used for the original deposit. Standard processing takes one to three business days after verification is complete.

If your bank debits the amount but the wallet is not credited, contact support within 48 hours with the bank transaction reference. We will investigate with our payment processor and either credit the wallet or arrange a return to the original payment method.
